• Commercial sellers guarantee product authenticity (e.g., Warli art, Dahanu chikoo).

4. Content Rights

You own your posts (photos/stories), but grant us license to display them for community purposes.

5. Prohibited Actions

• Spamming event pages (e.g., village gatherings, fishing festivals).

• Misusing tribal knowledge or cultural symbols.

• Illegal activities under Indian law.

6. Local Commerce Rules

Transactions (e.g., buying Agri honey or Koli handicrafts) are between users. We mediate disputes but assume no liability.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts violating these Terms, especially those harming community harmony.

8. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Dispute jurisdiction: Courts in Palghar District, Maharashtra.
